This year, CVESC is applying for grants, canvassing local businesses and implementing a variety of fundraisers for our school community this year to raise $90,000 required for a new Primary Play Structure for grades 1, 2 & 3 students AND to replace the structure in the Junior/Intermediate yard. We have a variety of ways you can help us raise money for our Playground Improvement Plan and we hope that one, some, or all of our fundraisers will appeal to your family. In fact, we are hoping you’ll support our school just by doing your Holiday shopping! If you are going to buy toys or magazine subscriptions, we hope you will do so through the CVESC.
To kick off our Fall Fundraisers, we sold the Entertainment Book, with the goal of selling 500 books in our school community to raise $8,750. We are thrilled to report that we exceeded our goal and raised $11,640! Many many thanks to the families who helped make this fundraiser so successful!
Our next Fall Fundraiser was our MacMillan’s sale. It was another huge success – we raised $4,738.50!
